Selection of Keywords

The densely populated world of internet has been seeing an exponential addition of websites almost every day, making it tougher for a website to get a right kind of exposure. In order to be successful in this crowded virtual world, your web promotion techniques should be distinguishing so that maximum web traffic can be diverted to your website. In addition, the very first step to make your web promotion campaign successful is choosing an appropriate set of keywords, which has the potential to make your website more visible on the search engines.
Here, in this write-up we have enlisted few techniques that can guide you throughout the process of selecting and using the keywords for your website, which will ensure that your website stands differently amongst the crowd of websites.
Understand Your Target Audience
  • The very first step towards ‘keywords’ selection’ is to understand your target audience. Different websites serve to the needs of different kinds of people; hence it is very important that your website targets the right kind of audience for the suitable promotion of the website. Once you have understood whom you are writing for, the task of understanding what to write becomes easy.
Think and Search For Popular Words for Your Products/Services
  • The second step towards the selection of keywords is thinking of maximum possible words that a user can enter in the search engine to locate the product/service you offer. It is possible that a keyword, which a user enters into search engine, is grammatically incorrect. But, you need not to worry here as such words or phrases may include more popular form of keywords that are suitable for your kind of offering.
Add relevant keywords
  • After careful selection of the Keywords/Key Phrases, make sure that two or three relevant keywords, which exactly suit your website, have been effectively used on your web page. Also, make sure to include various other related terms or synonyms of your product/service in the   website content. This will ensure better chances of visibility of your website on the search engines.
Identifying the right positions
  • The positioning of keywords on the website should be given due importance. Always use a keyword at a place where they make sense. However, don’t forget to use them in Title tags and Meta tags.  Additionally, the keywords should not be used randomly, as a netizen can easily track them and judge that you have just made the website for the sake of promotion.
Selection and usage of apt keywords is an effective mode for reaching out to more number of people on the internet and thus solving the purpose of your website in the best possible way. Correct selection and usage of keywords play a major role in the popularity of your website. We have tried to discuss on the basics of keyword selection yet there are many more aspects to be considered, which may change as per the SEO trends.

How to Get Top Rank in Google

Google is the most popular search engine worldwide. So, getting a high rank on it is a significant thing. As many of us probably know, Google ranks a page according to the number and quality of links leading to that page.
According to Google, quality links come from pages that are important. The ranking algorithm is published on their website detailing the parameters that are considered and you can go through them to know how to increase the ranking by ethical means. Given below are some Google search engine promotion tips which are extended with Google search engine positioning tips.
  • Inbound Links: The ranking of the pages is done as per the number of links that point at your page. Therefore, you should point as many links as possible at the pages.
  • Title Tag: The title tag of your page is given weight by Google so a Web Editor that is used insert a “New Page” title automatically should be checked to see if meaningful text is being used with keywords to increase the ranking.
  • Keyword Density: This is a major aspect as the web crawlers of search engines look out the most for it. the pages should not have too much keyword but a healthy density in order to be ranked higher.
Some Other Google Ranking Tips
  • Cache Disabling: It would not affect a page’s ranking as claimed by Google
  • The Google Toolbar: It can be obtained free of cost and gives an idea how important Google thinks your site is by showing the Page Rank of any page that you visit
Probability of a high ranking increases if these guidelines are implemented properly and if given the best treatment, chances are your page may just get the coveted top slot by Google.

Are Traditional Search Engines Failing?

Is Google doomed? According to interviews with Stefan Weitz, traditional search engines are failing users. Indexing keywords and checking backlink quality is a flawed 12 year-old concept which no longer works on the modern web.
So who is Stefan Weitz? He’s Bing’s director.
The more cynical among you will conclude this is obvious marketing spin, but Weitz raises a few interesting points:
  1. Search engines have difficulty understanding keyword context. When a user enters “jaguars” are they interested in the big cat, the car manufacturer, or the Jacksonville football team?
  2. Search engines are relatively slow to index dynamic real-time data such as tweets or Facebook comments.
  3. Search engines index web pages but people often want the underlying data, e.g. stock prices, flight times, weather reports, etc.
In an attempt to make results more relevant, Bing has integrated Facebook recommendations. If a trusted friend of yours ‘likes’ a specific restaurant, it’s position will be raised when you use an associated search term.

Backlink Breakdowns

Google and Bing analyze backlinks to rate the importance of a page. If someone links to your article, it’s a ‘vote’ for that content. The vote is given more weight if the link originates site which receives many backlinks itself.
The Search Engine Optimization industry attempts to manipulate this metric. Techniques range from link baiting — creating good content which encourages backlinks — to more dubious methods. Most of us have experienced blog spam comments or useless automatically-generated link farm pages in search results.
Google, Bing and other search engines work hard to restrict black hat SEO practices with varying levels of success.

A Social Network Solution?

Microsoft owns a small share of Facebook so it’s not surprising they want to utilize that data. Google has implemented it’s own experimental “+1″ feature which allows users to rate the relevancy of a search result.
While I’m sure it will help some queries, the technologies raise a new set of problems:

Sign-in shenanigans

To receive rated results you must have a Bing account, a Facebook account and be signed into both. This slashes the potential audience — especially when many corporations ban Facebook in the workplace.

Most people are data consumers

The majority of people rarely publish content. Only a small proportion ever click a ‘Like’ button or send a tweet because it takes effort. In most cases, only those who have a strong positive or negative opinion will rate a product or write a short review.
It may be possible to collate some information by analyzing a user’s actions, but assessing their emotional attachment is far more difficult.

People are fickle

Facebook may be the most popular social network today but you would have said the same about MySpace a few years ago. Bing’s data is only as relevant as the users who remain on that system.

Not all content is rateable

While it’s easy to rate a website, page, product or service, how can you assess the quality of the underlying data. You might ‘Like’ a sunny weather report but that doesn’t stop it being wholly inaccurate when snow starts to fall.

Social networks can be manipulated too

Search engine positions are directly related to revenue so it’s only a matter of time before SEO experts discover new ways to exploit the social networks. Any number of psychological or technical tricks can be employed to make people ‘Like’ specific content. It occurs now so you can expect more companies to take advantage of the techniques.
It’s early days for social networking search integration so time will tell whether it improves results. But sorry Mr Weitz, I remain skeptical about any claims it will supersede backlink metrics.

Top 10 Free Twitter Tools

Twitter is one of the top social networking platforms. Individuals and businesses can both benefit from using Twitter for sharing updates, news, and marketing. Here are the top ten tools and resources to help Twitter users find followers, manage multiple accounts, and get the most out of their Twitter experience.

Bit.ly
Bit.ly is a popular URL shortening service. If you register for Bit.ly, you can add multiple Twitter accounts to your Bit.ly profile. Anytime you shorten a URL through Bit.ly, either by going directly to their website or using their bookmarklet, you have the option to send that URL in a tweet using a specified Twitter account without having to login to Twitter.

Twitter Advanced Search
Twitter Advanced Search allows you to search for keywords and trends that have been mentioned in tweets. You can specify exact phrases, exclude certain words, language, to or from certain members, from users in specific locations, the date range of the tweets, whether they are asking a question, if the tweet contains links, and include or exclude retweets. On a personal level, you could search for local people who share a common hobby, or on a business level, you could find a potential customer based on their interests. There are lots of great uses for advanced searches.

Twitter Lists
Following too many people, and missing out on tweets from some of your favorites? Instead of having to purge your Twitter following, now you can simply create lists and add the people that you want to follow more intently. So if you want to catch up on your friends’ tweets, celebrity tweets, or tweets on a particular subject, you can create a custom list which can be shared with the public or private to only you. If you’re not sure who to add to lists on a particular topic, you can check out sites like Listorious that keeps track of the best Twitter lists on almost every topic.

Social Oomph
Social Oomph (formerly TweetLater) is a free service that lets you set up auto following of anyone who follows you, auto Direct Messages (DM’s) to anyone who follows you, and scheduled tweets. In terms of auto DM’s, keep in mind that many people consider them spam. So if you choose to send them, don’t just blatantly promote your website. One idea is to throw out a question. If you go with that, be sure to check your messages so you can respond to anyone that answers. That response could be the opportunity to share a link, product, or service, assuming it is valuable.

Twitter Karma
If you choose to auto follow those that follow you, you will want to periodically prune the list of Twitter members that you are following. Who do you want to stop following? How about the Twitter members who use automated following software to boost their numbers – they will follow you, anticipating you to follow back, then they will unfollow you. Twitter Karma will show everyone you are connected to on Twitter, and whether it is a mutual following, you are following them only, or they are following you only.

Twellow
Looking for people to follow who are interested in the same things that you are? Twellow is one of the easiest to navigate Twitter directories. You can browse through specific categories or search for specific keywords in Twitter bios. I would also recommend adding yourself to these directories with an extended bio including more information about yourself, your websites (if applicable) and other social network profiles where people can find you.

TwitterCounter
TwitterCounter is a great tool to see how many people are following you over time, so you will be able to tell if your numbers are going up or going down. You can see the top 100 Twitter members in a particular region as well as search for members with particular keywords in their Twitter bio. As an added bonus, you can view the stats for each member in the search results. If you are trying to build followers, follow members that have an even ratio of following vs. followers, as these are members that auto follow everyone back.

Tweepi
Tweepi allows you to enter the username of a Twitter member and see statistics about that members’ followers such as their number of followers vs. following, how many times they retweet others, how many times they are retweeted, when they last updated, how many times they reply to others, and where they are located. This can come in handy if you find a Twitter member whose followers would also be interested in your tweets.

TwitterFeed
TwitterFeed is a service that allows you to automatically tweet new RSS items to one or more Twitter accounts. For example, if there is a blog that you find you always want to tweet their latest articles, you could put the RSS feed URL into TwitterFeed, and it would publish a tweet every time a new article has been added. This is a great way to always have interesting content for your Twitter followers automagically flowing through your Twitter feed.

HootSuite
HootSuite is one of the top Twitter management tools. It allows you to manage multiple accounts in a tabbed interface, and under each account you can have multiple columns to keep track of mentions, direct messages, lists, keyword searches, and more. You can also shorten URLs in the HootSuite dashboard, and keep track of the statistics for tweets with Ow.ly URLs.

5 Ways to get Higher Ranking in Google Instant

Google Instant has not killed SEO by any means, despite the rumors. It has simply changed the approach that search engine marketers must take in order to get websites to appear higher in rankings and with their best foot forward. Here are some ways that you can ensure better rankings in the new Google Instant.

1. Include a Keyword in Your Brand Name
If you’re just starting out, you are in luck. Get your primary keyword in your brand name (preferably as the first word), and you will be halfway there, as the first results of the first keyword word entered into searches will probably attract a lot of clicks, especially if your brand dominates the first few results.

2. Include Google Suggest as a Keyword Research Tool
Considering that highlighting a Google suggested term will bring instant results, targeting the terms that come up for your primary keyword is now more important than ever.

In some cases, tailoring your keyword for the most popular phrase (instead of just one keyword) might be a better route, as typing in SEO leads to Google Suggest and Instant opting to show results for the next popular phrase, SEO tips instead of just SEO, putting that single keyword at the bottom of suggestions.
3. Get Locally Optimized for Generic Keywords
If your business has physical locations in one or more regions, now is the time to apply local search marketing to your website and your brand, both on-site and off-site. 73% of searches are for local content, which means you will want to make sure your business comes up instantly, showing people exactly where you are located.
Another interesting change with Google Instant comes for the localized keyword phrases. Since Google knows where people are searching from (whether or not personalization settings on or off), they don’t even need to enter keyword plus a city, if they type in type in just the keyword, they will be receiving instant local results when applicable without having to add on the city in their search.

4. Make Sure Your Online Reputation is Clean
Two of the new Google Instant features is the “Something Different” and “Pages similar to” sections in the left sidebar and beneath the first 10 search results. If someone is looking for your brand, and you have some negative entries in the top 5 to10 results, chances are they will be easily tempted to check out your competitors instead.
By having lots of positive online presences online (such as local search profiles, social media profiles, blogs, subdomains, etc.), you will be able to push down those negative results so that you will make a good first impression with your top 10 search results.

5. Dominate Search Results with Multimedia
It doesn’t matter whether your brand is a business or just yourself. Producing a wide variety of content will ensure that when someone types in your name or brand, they will only find you!

How to use PostRank for SEO

PostRank is one of the most exciting research services available to bloggers and content publishers. PostRank can be used to find the top contents on the Internet, determine the level of social engagement per each post, and even track the performance of an RSS feed. The service does have a paid plan for those who want to add another layer of analytics to their existing platform. While I do suggest publishers giving this feature a try, you really do not have to come up with new content ideas.

In a perfect world, you’d do what you want to do and Google will find your content and rank it high in the SERPs. In reality, you will have to come up with new ways to expand your target keyword list and produce content relevant to your new keywords.

There are multiple ways you can go about finding new ideas for your articles with PostRank. For starters, you can just keep track of the hot content in those popular categories. Let’s say you are interested in topic a. All you have to do to track it is by using the following
URL: postrank.com/topic/a

That will give you a list of top websites about your topic of choosing. You can also see which sites have moved and down in the rankings recently. Best of all, you can analyze top posts per site to find out what is working for your competitors.

At Levonsys we use cutting edge, targeted Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing techniques to maximize relevant traffic to your web site. Our SEO strategies are dynamic and designed to produce long-term results.

How to get more visitors with Google Instant search

Google Instant is a new search enhancement that shows results as you type. Recently, Google released Google Instant. You have to adapt to this change if you don’t want to lose many website visitors. In this article, we’ll explain what Google Instant is and you’ll learn what you can do to benefit from the change.

What is Google Instant?

Google Instant is Google’s new way to display search results while the user is typing the query. Google tries to complete the query during the input.

For example, when you enter “bike h” then Google will display the results for the keyword “bike helmets” because Google thinks that this is the most likely query.
Google Instant will not display the search results for the keywords “bike h”, which are totally different. If you want to get the results for “bike h”, you have to click the search button.

Benefits

Faster Searches: By predicting your search and showing results before you finish typing, Google Instant can save 2-5 seconds per search.
Smarter Predictions: Even when you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, predictions help guide your search. The top prediction is shown in grey text directly in the search box, so you can stop typing as soon as you see what you need.
Instant Results: Start typing and results appear right before your eyes. Until now, you had to type a full search term, hit return, and hope for the right results. Now results appear instantly as you type, helping you see where you’re headed, every step of the way.
What does this mean for your website?
It’s very likely that the search behavior of searchers will change. Until now, people had to think to refine their queries. With Google Instant, surfers get suggestions while they are typing and many of them will select one of the suggestions.
That means that some search terms will get many more searches than before while the number of searches for other terms will decrease.
How to get more visitors with Google Instant search?

Google Instant automatically completes the search query of a user while typing. Google uses the keywords of Google Suggest to complete the query.
That means that the keywords that Google Suggest uses will get even more traffic than before. For that reason, your web pages should be optimized for the keywords that Google suggests.
Google Instant is not a new ranking algorithm. It is just a new way in which Google displays the search results. Some keywords will now get fewer impressions, some keywords will get more impressions.

At Levonsys, we are constantly researching and innovating with new Search Engine Optimization techniques to ensure we are giving clients the best possible SEO services, and the best possible results. Our Search Engine Optimization goals may be ambitious, but we also make sure they are achievable by using tried and tested ethical Search Engine Optimization techniques.

SEO Competitor Analysis Checklist

Understanding your competitors - their strategy, their tactics, their level of success, etc. is crucial to the success of your SEO initiatives. I am not just talking about your traditional competitors, I am referring to the other sites occupying spots in the SERPs (search engine results pages) for keywords that you are targeting.

Many free competitive analysis tools are out there, but you have to know where to look for them. Here are some of the SEO tools that I use for competitive analysis and what I specifically use them for:

SEO Competitor Checklist that covers the following:
  1. Identifying broad and niche competitors to analyze
  2. Onsite competitive analysis (keywords, content and technical analysis)
  3. Offsite competitive analysis (backlinks, link building strategy)
  4. Competitor surveillance (keeping tabs on their SEO strategy)
Competitor analysis for SEO is much more valuable than people realize. You should think of it as free marketing insight as to how your SEO campaign could perform. Think about it. In some cases these companies have invested thousands of dollars in their SEO, and with the right analysis, you could see what is working and what you shouldn’t waste your time on.

For any successful online business, a significant presence in search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN is a must. At Levonsys we Optimize your website and Increase the traffic. We make your website appear in the top positions in the results of major Search Engines.

What is Acquisition in Social Media?

It’s important to define what you acquisition strategy per social channel. Your acquisition strategy for Facebook, Your Blog, Twitter, or LinkedIn will each have its own strategy and pull points. When amassing fans I always say go with quality over quantity. Your social presence should be an extension of your brand’s voice. To build that foundation, establish and invite your core customers.

Begin by communicating to your existing database and announcing your brand’s places of contact (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) via e-mail. In addition, link to your profiles and pages on your website at every opportunity.

Key Questions for Acquisition

  • Why should someone follow you or your company?
  • Intimately know your target market then ask yourself how does social media play a role into my target markets life?
  • What can you offer or what are their expectations from you?
  • What are the acceptable offers within this channel (think Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn as channels)
  • Is this channel strictly inbound or outbound?
  • How do I integrate my other marketing channels to support and acquire an audience within the social space?

Tell them what they get

A great illustration of this concept comes from a radio commercial I hear from time to time. This commercial is about a chain of weight loss centers. Towards the end of the commercial you hear the announcer say… “you can now find us on Facebook and Twitter”.
What would be more effective and still fit within the space available is something along the lines of “find us on Facebook and Twitter for exclusive weight loss advice”. It’s not enough to state that you can be found within social media - you have to go that extra step and clearly state the benefit someone gets for following you.

Segmentation

An important point when engaging within the social space is asking whether or not you need an inherent segmentation strategy. For instance, Apple has an Itunes Facebook page and an AppStore Facebook page. When you segment out your product bases like this it allows you to easily craft messages and follow the three core steps we outline below.
It also does another very important thing. It allows your audience and customer to segment themselves out. If someone is just a fan of one of your products then they only care about that product. With Apple if you only care about Itunes and Music you join the Itunes page where you get special music related content. If you care about applications you join the AppStore Facebook page.

Our team of web marketing experts at Levonsys will create a SMO strategy that will give your website a good position and exposure in Social Media websites, which in turn will generate targeted traffic and also help create customer loyalty, brand identity among your targeted customers.

iPhone Microsites

The release of Apple’s iphone revolutionized mobile phone technology and web browsing with its ease of use. One of the most talked-about features of the iphone has been its ability to use Safari to browse the “real” Internet. However, until recently, this appealing idea has proven to be less than rewarding insofar as the larger pixel configuration used by most websites designed to display information on a full screen did not translate well to the iphone’s different shape and size. Because of that, the iphone’s ability to see and access data and pictures on most websites was plagued by problems and content which was hard to read and interact with until now.

Enter the iPhone Microsite

We’re beginning to see the arrival of websites formatted specifically to fit the iphone’s small screen and unique configuration. In addition, we’re seeing techniques developed that make iphone compatible websites capable of visually displaying and selling products, over secure satellite connections, and accessed by mobile phones from anywhere in the world.
This phenomenal event opens up vast new, previously untapped, worldwide markets to every company (big or small) seeking to increase their market share and to every individual who has a product to sell - a marketer’s dream. Overseas demand for US goods is known to be high because of differences in foreign exchange rates. The unique websites that make this all possible are called iphone microsites.

Usability

Some of the many features which make mobile browsing so advantageous for iphone users also present new usability concerns of which regular website owners and developers should be aware.
Unlike traditional websites, an iphone microsite is properly formatted to display on iphone and ipod touch. It is capable of faster browsing due to optimized content, enhanced link highlighting to assist in navigation, and graphics and buttons that work seamlessly with the iphone’s finger browsing. It looks, behaves and responds in the same manner as a typical iphone application.
A microsite enables horizontal scrolling by limiting columns to a width of 320 pixels when held upright (or 480 pixels when held sideways), a standard practice for iphone applications. It typically uses larger fonts to minimize unnecessary zooming and it breaks content up into more appropriately sized blocks.

Accessibility

A microsite may compliment a regular website by automatically detecting and reacting to iphone visitors, allowing a business owner to serve them optimized content. It can also stand alone, being identified with a unique url separate from the one used for your main Web site, and often denoted by adding an iphone prefix (iphone.yoursite.com).

We at Levonsys have been successfully providing unmatched outsourcing solutions in several mobile enterprise applications and consumer applications for iphone users. Levonsys iphone Center is specialized in providing rich mobile applications using the iphone SDK. We have expert programmers, who have continuously given successful results in iphone Application Development, iPhone Mobile Application, and iphone Programming. We have stronghold in making third party iPhone applications.

iPhone Optimized Website - Advantages

Now-a-days millions of users are surfing the web using an iPhone or iPod touch. StatCounter research finds MobileSafari is the number one mobile browser in the US and number two globally. If you run a website, chances are good that users have visited your site using these devices. Here are a few advantages to presenting iPhone-optimized website content to your visitors.

Give your users access to iphone features and applications

With an iPhone-optimized website your visitors can now tap into the rich power of multi-touch and advanced content rendering capabilities of the iPhone hardware and software.

Your site visitors can call, email or text message you, look up directions to your business in the built-in Google Maps application, watch a video using an integrated YouTube app or purchase goods through the iTunes music store or App Store, and play music and videos using the phones built-in controls.
Perfectly formatted presentations
While the iPhone and iPod touch do an amazing job of displaying web pages the way they were designed, iPhone visitors often want quick access to your website’s content. An iPhone microsite presents an optimized versions of your site’s content, formatted perfectly to fit the iPhone/iPod touch’s screen - say goodbye to microscopic text, zooming and fumbling through website content.
Enhances your current site

There is no foreseeable disadvantage to existing visitors. You may choose to serve your microsite automatically or present your users the option of visiting it. Either way, your iPhone-optimized microsite will provide enhanced browsing experiences for iPhone touch users while the rest of your visitors continue browse your regular site without interruption.
Pay off
An iPhone Microsite solves your website visitors usability problems and therefore increase page views, improve conversion rates and ultimately, your bottom line. The reason is simple, the “real” web does not display information in the same format as every other screen on the iPhone, and an iPhone Microsite does. Deliver content in a compelling fashion using a user interface that formats your data in the same manner as the phones other programs, and your users will thank you for it!

Black Hat SEO Techniques Will Get You Banned

Google has its own parameters for punishing a website when it manipulates the Google algorithms for ranking a site. It is not that Google loves to punish you but a system to prevent the bad SEO practitioners from taking the advantage of using short cuts or better say bad SEO techniques.

Being punished by Google is the biggest nightmare any SEO company can have as it affects the reputation of the company and also it is very difficult to handle dissatisfied clients. Clients who pay thousands of rupees for SEO heat up the flame when they are unable to find their site on the Google ranking page.

The process of punishing a site by Google is called banning or penalizing and when this happens Google will not tell you it has banned your site. Your site is said to be banned when there is a sudden fall in the rankings or when the site ranking automatically becomes zero.

What Are Black Hat Techniques?

  • Hiding Links on your pages: This technique puts links in very small images, some as small as 1 x 1 pixels. The visitor never sees them but search engines can.
  • Repetition of keywords on your pages: It is recommended not to repeat keywords excessively in your body text or tags. This technique is used to try to add relevancy for that particular keyword/phrase.
  • Text that is not visible to your visitor: When text is hidden off page or is the same color as the page background, search engines consider it spam. You could easily get caught without even knowing it! For example; let's say your page background is white and you have a dark green color block with white text on it.  The work around would be to change the white text to a light grey or light green, any color that is different than the white background.
  • Doorway or Gateway Pages: These are pages that have been designed to rank high on search engines. They are then set to redirect visitors to the actual website.
  • Link Exchange Free For All (FFA): There are sites that let anyone add banners or links, even if they are not relevant to the site content. Most search engines like to see "relevant links".
  • Cloaking Technique: This technique hides code from the visitor while offering search engine spiders customized content.
The best approach to avoid Black Hat SEO techniques is to simply build sites for your visitors. Your goal should be to make your site user friendly and incorporate relevant information. All search engines publish their own guidelines. The best approach to avoid being penalized is to review these guidelines and follow them.

Mobile Website Optimization

Optimize your mobile website to boost your sales. When we refer to optimization the first thing that comes to our mind is SEO. We know and understand that this will help us improve traffic. But, we many times ignore mobile media. That a large number of people use mobile phones for internet and are many times frustrated when unable to find a site they want to go through or when the site looks blur on mobile browser. One should always keep in mind that search engines work not the same for mobile phones. However what can be effective is good short content like a sales line.

Mobile media refers to a vast area of non-voice or SMS activities of mobile. It mainly covers four categories like downloading, entertainment, non voice/SMS communication and informational. Mobile phones with their user friendly internet applications are becoming popular among the people. A large increase in the number of mobile internet users has been noticed.

More and more people have started using the internet on their mobile phones rather than home or office computers. More than 550 million people use mobile phones in the US, it proves that mobile internet users should not be ignored while making and optimizing a website. Mobile websites should be visibility centered rather than content or information.  Mediums providing with instant value like ring tones, screen savers, free game or discounts in coupon forms for a product or service should be emphasized on. Quality formatting as well as clear site appearance on the various mobile browsers is equally important.

Here are a few tips for getting your mobile set up to speed, both for visitors as well as search engines:
  • Audience Need - Determine why your visitors are visiting your site and prioritize your site relevant to your user's needs.
  • Simplify - Keep your mobile site simple; computer users can afford both the bandwidth and the system processing required for the latest whiz-bang technologies, mobile users cannot.
  • Images Optional - Again, mobile use means less bandwidth, so don't keep your visitors waiting for pages to load by using large or excessive images.
  • Sub-Domains - Your visitors are used to your brand; mobile.yoursite.com is still better than yoursite.mobi, so keep it that way.
  • Testing - Your users should not be your website testing crew; test your site with mobile devices and emulators, and when you're done, test again.

What is Google Sandbox and How to get out of it Quickly

Google Sandbox
It referred to sites that were "restricted" in some ways in performance, limiting their ability to do well in the SERPs for certain/all search terms etc. Google sandbox is based on a similar concept where Google acts as a big beach and has a sandbox for the new sites to play while they get the grip on how Internet works for them and when they mature enough Google brings them out of the Sandbox effect to explore the world of Internet.

When we think of SEO we understand it is a set of techniques used to increase the ranking of a site. But when these techniques are manipulated or wrongly used by any company Google has the power to throw them in the Sandbox. The site stays here for some time until it undoes whatever wrong done earlier.

Google Sandbox period if taken positively and used in the best way can be a golden period for a new site as it gets the opportunity to prepare itself to best fight the online battle of ranking top. The SEO can utilize this time to empower the site with the various top ranking elements. This might help the site to do well the moment it is out of the Google sandbox.

Here are a few things you can do while you are in Sandbox
  • Start adding new content to your site after all content is king and the best place to add keywords
  • Collect good links to your site from good relevant sources. Directory and article submission is a good way to go.
  • Instead of launching a site when it is complete it is a better idea to launch first few pages and gradually add others as time passes in the Sandbox.
  • If you do not want to wait long in any case then buy old or expired domains.

Importance of Internal Link Structure in SEO

One of the most important aspects of your website infrastructure is your internal linking structure. You really need to give it some thought as to how to make the most use of your internal links. There is one site structure that I recommend for most websites that will help you keep a handle on this very important aspect of website maintenance.

It is very difficult for an algorithm to make a conclusive determination of an internal link from an external one as many sites are spread over a number of separate and multiple domains and sometimes even on separate hosts, but it does at first seem like a glaring omission from the learned mathematicians at Google who have been able to readily conquer other rather obscure and tenuous factors that could lead to a skewing of their results. The algorithms have worked out a very reliable way to tell an artificial linking scheme from a real one, so it would seem to follow that they could also determine an interior link from an exterior link.

Internal structure is bot on and off page SEO. It has to do with making sure your structure is in a pyramid fashion giving all the links possible to the home page, but not linking the home page to all sub pages therefore increasing the authority of your home page in the eyes of Google. To do this you will need plenty of sub pages that will be linked to from pages other than the home page, but make sure to link the sub pages to the home page. Also never use the word home, index, or similar phrase when placing a link back to your home or index page. For the highest SEO value you will want to use what every keyword you would like to rank well for. If you are worried about your visitor not knowing that the link goes back to your home page you can always put something like “back to” before the link.

If you pay close attention to your links, you should never have a broken link. But if you do it will be very easy to monitor and track your internal links and their effectiveness and how it impacts your overall search engine optimization.

We at Levonsys use both On Page Search Engine Optimization techniques, which refer to work on the actual site, alongside Off Page Search Engine Optimization techniques which work on building your reputation, trust and authority with search engines. The on page and off page Search Engine Optimization methods combine as part of an overall Search Engine Optimization strategy devised by our experienced SEO team to bring maximum benefit.

Inbound & Outbound Links - Their Role in SERP

Inbound Links - A link from a site outside of your site

Outbound Links - A link that points away from your website

Inbound links are links placed on other sites to direct traffic back to your own site, and there are numerous ways to obtain inbound links. One way to obtain inbound links is to exchange links with other similar websites. Contributing to forums and blogs is another way to get inbound links, and you can also request that visitors to your website link to your site. Submitting your website for reviews and offering free web hosting space in exchange for links is another opportunity to get inbound links.

Outbound links are also important, and while some people worry about adding external links to their websites, if done properly, outbound links can offer a boost on the search engine results page. When placing outbound links, only place links that will send visitors to reputable, authoritative sites. Be choosy when placing outbound links, and be positive that none of the links you place are broken.

Inbound, as well as outbound links should be a part of your linking campaign. It doesn’t make sense to have one without the other. Both of these are somewhat of a life- line that can either make or break your site on the SERP. It would be worthwhile to try and get as many inbound links as you can, not only on a variety of websites, but also on numerous different networks.

The SERP, or search engine results page, is a complete listing of the web pages returned by search engines in response to a keyword query. The results on the SERP generally include such details as a list of web pages with their titles, a link to that particular webpage, and also a brief description showing where the keywords have matched content within the webpage. The search engines construct the SERP once and it is then saved for future inquiries. Search engines do crawl the web periodically to account for new pages, and then the SERP is rebuilt.

Recently, the SERP has begun to offer users of the search engines new and improved features that include suggestions for alternate keywords, images, definitions, local matches and even files on the users very own computer.

Our link building strategy assists you on getting more excellent links from consistent sites. From researching niche and suitable sites to protecting targeted links, we present absolute answer of backlinks. We at Levonsys have a team particularly committed for backlink services that search the sites manually present the request via mail, and contact forms. We transport the links that congregate the client prospects.

How to get each of your website pages indexed in the foremost engines like Google

If you want to achieve high rankings, the first step is to get your pages indexed by Google (and the other major search engines). The World Wide Web is so vast that it’s impossible for Google to visit every page on the Internet. But, there are a few key things you can do to get the web crawlers to visit your site.

A site is a lot more than just a residence web site. In fact, it can be helpful to think of a web page as a cluster of mini sites, with every in the inner internet pages being a full-fledged internet site. Depending on the content material of these inner web pages, website visitors will enter your site through these “side doors” about the strength of search engine queries that match the content of these interior internet pages.

Here are some measures to take for making positive that all your webpages are “spidered” and incorporated from the major search engines like Google.

 - First, make a check to ascertain your present indexing position
Typically when a search results robot finds your key site, it will then comply with back links for your inner web sites, and continue following hyperlinks until all of your webpages have been indexed. If your website is well constructed, and search-engine friendly then all of your webpages may perhaps currently be indexed. It is possible to discover out how you’re doing by going to Yahoo, Yahoo or MSN and making the following seek query: internet site:www.yoursite.com. The results of this query will show you how numerous within your pages are already included and which web sites they are.
 - Strengthen the navigation system of your internet site to create your links internet search engine friendly
If you do a examine and locate that only your key web site or only a few of the pages are indexed and the rest aren’t, then it really is essential to look at your website link and navigation structure and to generate changes which will enable search engine robots to locate and adhere to all of your inbound links. Take some time and examine jv attraction formula writing it has high quality tips on actual product that will make it easier to get rolling with marketing and advertising.
Links to inner pages that are contained from the java script of drop-down menus or as “hot spots” on graphics are additional challenging for spiders to recognize and adhere to. If your internet site uses this kind of navigation structure, then it may perhaps be helpful to add an additional text hyperlink navigation program at the bottom in the webpages. This will not only aid the internet search engine robots, but will also give your site visitors an additional handy method to go on towards the other internet pages of your respective web site.
 - Build an html web page map with text links to all your web pages
A website map is something like a table of contents. Construct a internet site using your usual graphical and navigation, so that it matches the rest within your web site. Inside major articles section of that web site, make a text url to every of one’s web sites, employing the title tag of those pages as the clickable hyperlink text, and putting the description tag with the web page as text below the link. Putting the descriptive text under the website link doesn’t affect the work with the internet search engine robots but it’ll support your site visitors to pick which page to click on.
Some on-line internet site builder and internet site construction program contain built in site-map generators. In case you have a very large web page with numerous web sites then you’ll be able to find no cost online site-map generators or download computer software for this purpose. If you basically really don’t have time or seriously dislike writing, take a look at jv attraction formula review it will show how you can constantly hire a copywriter or ghost writer to do the work for you.
 - Participate in the Yahoo Sitemaps Program
Last year Yahoo setup the sitemaps software to assist webmasters make it less difficult for their site’s internet pages to become identified by the Yahoo and Google spider. To participate, you need to construct an XML file with details about every of your respective site’s web sites and upload this for the major directory of your respective web site. XML files are the same kinds of files employed in RSS syndication, but in this case the XML file is meant only to supply data for the Search engines robot.
