Adapting Web Design for a Foreign Audience

In this digital age, the rest of the world is just a mouse-click away. More people are wanting to appeal to audiences overseas. And why not? With less content on the foreign language internet , it’s easier for sites to climb the heady heights of Google and claim the coveted top slot on international search engines. But what happens when your existing website is tailored for those who only speak English?

There are a number of factors and tweaks you’ll need to make when adapting your design to be accessible for a multilingual audience.
Design for a Foreign Audience

Easy as A-B-C

If your webpage was originally developed with Unicode, then you can breathe a sigh of relief. If it’s not, then you’ve got some work to do. Along with different languages comes the issue of different alphabets, and Unicode really is the best way to support a number of different scripts. UTF-8 can open your website up to over 90 written languages and can tailor for just about any non-English character you could possibly think of, including those characters in the Cyrillic, Farsi and Hebrew alphabets.
Design for a Foreign Audience

Navigating Success

Speaking of Hebrew, some languages read from right to left, so you’ll have to change those navigation bars if your new target language demands it. Whether you decide to swap the menus over to the other side or simply put in a horizontal navigation bar depends entirely on your own creative juices.
Design for a Foreign Audience

Getting Flashy

How much Flash are you using? More to the point, why are you still using Flash?! Unfortunately it’s not easily translated, and may need to be completely redone. It’s also worth remembering that some countries (particularly developing countries) across the world may not have high-speed internet access yet, meaning all your hard work could potentially be wasted if you’re not careful. You can solve this by creating a simple HTML site if necessary. Do your research first!
Design for a Foreign Audience

Content is King

Okay, so while the content may not necessarily impact on the design, it’s a pretty important consideration. Any existing material will need to be translated, preferably by a pro. True, there are free tools out there like Google Translate or Babelfish that can do the job for you, but machine translation generally isn’t up to scratch and could leave you with a site full of garbled text that no design genius could persuade people to love. Human translators can also make sure there are no cultural faux pas, jargon or other linguistic nuances that could leave you looking unprofessional.
Design for a Foreign Audience

Culture Clash

As well as a different language, other cultures simply view the world differently. This might sound a bit daunting as a designer, but a little bit of knowledge will go a long way. Anthropologist and cross-cultural researcher Edward T. Hall devised a framework that classifies different cultures into low context and high context. Low context cultures like Germany and Scandanavia prefer clear statements with an obvious message, whereas Japan and other Eastern cultures place more emphasis on visual stimulus or other communicative devices.
High Context
Japan
Arab Countries
Greece
Spain
Italy
England
France
North America
Scandinavian Countries
German-speaking Countries
Low Context
Source: Understanding Cultural Differences by Hall, E. and Hall, M.
This may mean changing the layout or the way in which you get your point across. For an American website trying to launch in Japan, for example, you should pay more attention to the use of images and the more subtle ways that your message can be conveyed.

Colour me Beautiful

It’s also wise to be aware of the different cultural meanings of colours. In the West, red will conjure up fiery thoughts of passion or love, while over the water in South Africa, red is the colour of mourning, signifying death. Of course you’re never going to please everyone, but going for a neutral light background with dark text will generally put you in good stead for being multi-culturally friendly.
Design for a Foreign Audience
So what are you waiting for? If you do your research right and adapt your website properly for a multilingual audience, the world can soon become your cyber-oyster.

Web Design Trends in 2011

There is a thin line between design and development, and as we move into a new decade, this line is becoming extremely blurry. Is it enough to draw beautiful mock ups in Photoshop? Maybe 5 years ago. These days, the average internet user requires more. All beauty, with no substance, gets boring after a while. If your only goal is to impress a community of fellow designers with your flashy designs, you’ll find yourself quickly beneath the tide. 2011 is not about beauty, it’s about function. The trends for this new year and emerging decade are responsive design, constant connection and virtual reality.

How will you stay relevant as a designer in 2011? The ultimate goal of a designer is not to dazzle but to entangle. Any designer can get ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs’ that are easily forgotten. The supreme designer is able to create an environment which charms and captivates the user to the point where he does not want to find the ‘Back’ button. Several elements come together to forge such a wonderland: harmonious color scheme, intuitive design, easily accessible information and fast response. Additionally, one can never under-estimate the power of simplicity. Of course, this has always been the case, but in 2011, you are no longer at the forgiving discretion of the desktop, or even laptop, computer. Now, your design must contend with smart phones, netbooks, tablets and the like. Are you ready?
Take a gander at the top 11 trends for 2011.

1. More CSS3 + HTML5

What a gratifying sigh of relief! CSS3 and HTML5 have been on the distant horizon of web design for the past couple of years, but now, in 2011, we see an explosion of it. Designers are finally starting to let go of Flash. However you may feel about Flash, you do know that it does not play well with some of the hot, new technology available to your current and potential visitors. In 2011, you will slowly step away from Flash and embrace the magic known as HTML5. Look at the amazingly similar comparison:

Now that’s shown, please understand that Flash and HTML5 are not equal opponents. There is plenty of room for both in 2011. The problem is that designers in 2010 (and before) misused Flash. Case in point, very rarely should your entire site be made of Flash, especially these days. HTML5 alleviates some of the burden we have placed on Flash. However, HTML5 cannot (yet) replace the extraordinary design elements we can achieve through Flash.

Perhaps even more exciting is the fact that CSS3 is available to us in a real way this year. Move over Photoshop (wow, Adobe just cannot rest), because CSS3 is making short work of text shadow, border radius and image transparency. If you have not already begun, now is the time to really delve into understanding CSS3 and HTML5.

2. Simple Color Schemes

Simplicity. There’s nothing quite as impacting as an honest message on a quiet backdrop. Quiet can be interpreted several different ways. Forget black and white or shades of gray. Think of green, yellow or even red as your primary color. However, limit your palette to two or three colors. Work within the shades of each color for variety. It can be truly remarkable what a few colors can do for your message. Observe:

Shades of green create this Twitter visualization tool. Side note: this site was created with XHTML/CSS and Javascript.

Red can be jarring if done incorrectly. This site gets it right by subduing the color’s overwhelming personality with easy-to-read high contrast text.

3. Mobile Ready

Smartphones, iPads, netbooks, oh my! There’s a dizzying amount of mobile products available to the consumer in 2011. This means your web design must be responsive to multiple viewports.
Creating a mobile ready website is not simply removing the bells and whistles from your design. This can create a vacant and impersonal design. Although not impossible, distilling the magic from your original design into a pure representation of your brand is tough! Fortunately, technology is quickly removing this burden.

With the help of CSS3, primarily media queries, mobile web design has taken a big leap forward (more on this later). One of the most important advances is that you can design a whole site and allow your coding to conform to the user’s viewing medium.
It may be tempting to just create a dedicated mobile site, but that may no longer satisfy your audience. Increasingly, mobile sites include the option to visit the original site. If you do not offer this option or if your original site is not optimized to mobile standards, you are simply not ready for 2011. Forecasters predict that smartphones will outsell personal computers this year. Bulletproof your design to meet this demand.

4. Parallax Scrolling

Parallax scrolling: not just for old school video games. As aforementioned, the hot web design trend for 2011 is creating a sense of depth. What better way to create that than with parallax scrolling? The parallax effect uses layers to present the illusion of a 3 dimensional space. It can be accomplished with some simple CSS tricks or the help of jQuery plugins like Spritely. Parallax scrolling can be most effective as a secondary element on your design, for example, as a header, footer, or background. Making it an integral part of your navigation may prove frustrating for your site visitor.

The Old Pulteney Row to the Pole website uses a top down parallax scrolling effect for the background. This adds a nice subtle amount of depth and lots of interest.

5. Designing for Touch Screens, Not Mice

Technology has become much more tactile. Usability is shifting from abstract to tangible. This means that instead of navigating your mouse to remotely connect, your destination is literally at your fingertips. Tablets, most smartphones and some desktops use touchscreens. Does your design accommodate fingertip navigation?
How much of your design is mouse-oriented? As designers, we worship mice. Our links light up when the mouse hovers over. However, there’s no hovering in touchscreen. How will your design indicate links to your visitors? What about drop-down menus? That’s also a no-go in touchscreen design.
Similarly, how will visitors peruse your site? As controversial as it may be for standard web browsing, horizontal scrolling may be more appropriate for touchscreens. Fitting nicely into this niche is a magazine-like layout where visitors virtually flip through your site.
Lastly, consider using liquid layouts as part of your commitment toward responsive design. In 2011, you are no longer dealing with screen resolution size. Visitors can change their viewing orientation from vertical to horizontal. Your design must be flexible to meet any challenge, or you will be a relic of 2010.

6. Depth Perception in Web Design

No, we are not dealing with the aerial ‘I can see your coffee cup and keyboard on your website’ design of two years ago. Depth perception is about creating dimension in your web design, so that parts of your site looks nearer than others. It conjures a faux 3D effect when done masterfully. Remember what it felt like watching the blockbuster 3D movie, Avatar? The elements jumped off of the screen, quite literally.
Although 3D technology has no yet made it to web design, you can still replicate depth in your design.

This playful website features a rotatable, 3D planet and makes use of depth with well-placed shadows and layering.

Eye-catching and smart, this celebration of Jordan (both the man and shoe) is thoroughly entertaining. The 3D elements are crisp and simple, which what makes them so stunning.

7. Large Photographic Backgrounds

Large scale backdrops will surge in 2011. These images will be high resolution, and covering the entire site. Large photos are an instant way to grab your audience– they cannot help but to see it and have an opinion about it. The background photo must be content-appropriate. Simply having a pretty image in the background without any context will disrupt your user’s experience. Trends point to soft and slightly transparent imagery that does not over shadow your content, but harmonizes with it.

This site makes use of high-resolution photos and the predominant color is yellow throughout.

This site adds playful animation with its grand scale imagery. Warning: auto-play music.

8. Adventurous Domain Names & Integration

Although not in the strictest sense a web design issue, look forward to seeing more creative domain names. The once-coveted .com domain has lost a lot of its appeal– primarily because you have to think up words in Na’Vi in order to find a domain that has not been thought up yet. 2011 will see a more wide-spread venture away from .com and into more whimsical domains like .me or .us. Think of the possibilities and scoop it up before it’s gone.

.me is a great domain to use for personal portfolios, or blogs, especially if you want a seperate identity from your corporate brand.

Another example of .me integration.

9. QR: Quick Response

If you have noticed those square barcodes popping on business cards, magazines or else where, you may already know that they are a hot trend for 2011. How exactly does it translate into web design? Amazingly well, in fact.
The barcodes are called QR, short for Quick Response. Simply take a photo of the unique barcode with your camera phone. Like magic, your phone will call up the website associated with said barcode. The beautiful thing about QR is that you can use it in a myriad of ways. Feature your QR on your website, in order for site visitors to have a shortcut to your mobile site. You can also track your visitors through QR, by placing a special referral code on your URL. When you are leaving comments on sites such as this, use the QR as your avatar.
2011 is all about mobility and it will be smart to take advantage of this new medium.

This is the QR for the author’s personal website. Create your own code here.

10. Thumbnail Design

The ever-enterprising folks at Google have introduced the average user to thumbnail browsing. Gone are the days of clicking through to see the content of a website. These days, you just click on the magnifying glass and hover (assuming you’re not on a touchscreen). Magically before you is a glimpse of what waits on the other side of your click.
If your design is Flash-based, that is definitely going to be a problem. The preview will not display those elements of your design.
As the average internet user becomes more surfing-savvy in 2011, expect to see more people navigating by these means. It is just too great of a temptation not to judge a site by its thumbnail.

11. Constant Connection/ Life Stream

Last, but certainly not least, is the focus on constant connection in web design. The internet is, by nature, a sterile environment, and we make it human by sharing our lives in an open forum. Expect to see more intimacy through the form of lifestreaming. Personal blogs and portfolios in 2011 will prominently feature live Twitter feeds (not just a link to the Twitter page). People will let you know where they are at any moment of the day via Foursquare. In fact, expect to see a dedicated lifestream for all of one’s online activity. 2011 will definitely bring out our inner, creepy stalker, no doubt about it.

Link building in itself is a continuous process, so it needs daily attention. Even if you are busy, make sure you spend some fixed amount of time with a fixed goal in mind.  Doesn’t matter if the goal is making one new contact a day!

Project other person’s interest first
Politeness and chivalry always leave a good impression. So while making new contacts don’t seem desperate, like door to door salesman. Always project other person’s interest first. Also be very personal while talking to the other person.

SEO off Page Tactics

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) has become such a broad term today that whichever activity drives any traffic on your website is considered as an SEO Activity! In earlier days, we – as SEO Consultants -  used to focus specifically on the structure and content of websites only, which we called “On-page SEO”. We tried hard to make sure that our clients’ websites have been set up right with proper page titles, meta text, content placement, image names etc. But today, the definition of SEO has changed expanded drastically. Now-a-days, SEO as a service is divided into 2 categories :-
  1. On-Page SEO - optimize content, internal links, meta tags etc
  2. Off-page SEO - backlinks, social media, forum posting, press release etc.
. Wikipedia defines SEO as
The process of improving the volume or quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via natural or un-paid (organic or algorithmic) search results.
The best “Off-page SEO” tactics or “Off-page Promotion” (for my own sake) that can help you drive consistent traffic on to your website for a long run. These techniques are just the ones which I have tried myself and achieved reasonable success for my clients. You may have tried something else which worked for you so don’t hesitate to share that with our readers.

1.  Participate in Forums & discussion boards: 5-6 responses or 2-3 new questions a day (with your website’s URL in the signature) in 5 different popular forums a day is all that it will take to get a decent traffic on to your website. It will hardly take you more than 2 minutes to write a response or come up with a question to ask the community.  Spending 20 minutes a day religiously on forums for 2 weeks will start generating traffic on your website that you won’t even imagine.  Of course, you need to make sure that your responses and questions are intelligent & look like real contribution. Do not post for the sake of posting. It will give wrong impression and other forum members will look down upon you with contempt! Some will even mark you as spam leading to deletion of your account and your hopes as well.

Some of my favorite SEO Forums are :
2. Publish Blogs / News / Press Releases & submit them in bookmarking websites - Everyone in the web community knows the importance of blog and news updates on your company/ product website. Not only it attracts search engine crawlers to visit your website more often, it also helps you generate more back links by submitting these articles on press release and bookmarking websites. Tons of bookmarking websites have sprouted up recently. And believe it or not, most of them are a good source of traffic generation for your website.  The ones that I use most frequently for my clients are :
There are still more than 200 bookmarking websites which you should definitely consider for this task.

3. Create your social profile & share your news update with the community – The first names that lighten up in our minds are Facebook, Twitter & Myspace. Make sure you create a public social profile for the company that you are promoting. You ought to have your Facebook Fan page, Twitter profile, Youtube profile, LinkedIn profile (of yourself and/or your clients). All the websites I just mentioned require you to sign up and they provide you a unique URL of your profile. This is your social profile. Following are must-do activities whenever you have a new blog or new story published on your website or blog -
  • Tweet about it on Twitter
  • Do a status update on Facebook & LinkedIn
  • Update status on Ecademy as well. Ecademy (has a lot of junk but) is still a good source of traffic once you have a strong network.
  • Share your blog article on discussion boards & forum of these social networks.
  • Flickr – “A picture is worth a thousand words” is not exactly true in the world of SEO which relies heavily on content full of words. But still Flickr stands out and can become a good source of traffic for your website. Just make sure that whenever you write an article, you add an image in your post and submit that image on your Flickr profile with apt tags and description. If you have an online store and sell products, make sure all the images of your products are also submitted on to your Flickr profile. Picasa, Photobucket & Picli are some other photo sharing networks.
Once your profile has been set up, you should start building a community by adding/inviting friends to join your network.

4.  Publish & share videos and slideshows about your product or company – This is usually the one time process unless you introduce new products very often. You should create a slideshow or video that describes your company or product. Slideshows are perfect for any online store owners as you can add all your products and their description into multiple slides and share it on hundreds of video websites. Some of my favorites are -
5. Yahoo Answers & similar question/answer websites – I love Yahoo Answers and On Startup Answers community where you can post any question you want and community members will respond within hours. SEO companies are using similar sites to drive traffic by maneuvering questions in such a manner that makes other members click on their URLs. It may not be the best way to get the type of traffic you want but still it is one of the widely used method these days. Again, you have to be very cautious with your language so that it does not appear as spam.

6. Article re-writing and distribution – Haven’t we covered this in point (2) above? Not really. This is about article re-writing. Numerous SEO companies are hiring writers to re-write the same articles many times in different versions and keep distributing them on hundreds of press release & bookmarking websites.  It works quite often since your content is not copied and the crawlers will see it as original stuff.

7. Local business listings on search engines & yellow pages- All major search engines like Google, Bing & Yahoo offer business owners to submit their business with full details of name, address, phone number etc. This helps in getting local traffic for your website. Optimizing for local search listings is the discussion of a different topic that I will publish sometime in near future. For now, you should just make sure that your business has been listed on all local listings websites. A few examples of such sites are -
These are some of the widely used “Off-page promotion” techniques by SEO Companies across the globe.

Search Engine Optimization Tips

SEO can be a mysterious and daunting venture for online business owners who are used to conventional marketing and advertising. For many, the concept of 'pay per click' advertising is much more comfortable because it's closely related to ad buying which many brick and mortar and online business are familiar with.
SEO (search engine optimization) simply refers to 'optimizing' your site so that the search engines 'choose' to position it higher in search results for particular keywords. SEO refers strictly to the 'organic' results, meaning it has nothing to with the ads or ad positioning on search engine results pages.

This SEO Tips section is a macro view of what should be looked at when setting up and running a proper SEO campaign for long term, sustainable results. Here is a summary of what is discussed:
  • Domain
  • Navigation
  • URLs
  • Titles & Meta Tags
  • Copywriting

Domain

Having a great domain for SEO isn't always possible. In a lot of cases, you already have a domain, and can't change it for reasons such as branding or legalities. Here are some important elements:
  • Domain Name - a great domain for SEO will include your main keywords
  • Domain Age - the older your domain, the better (unless it has been penalized)
  • Inbound Links - the amount and quality of other websites linking to your domain

Navigation

A while ago there was a big to-do about Google introducing LSI and how that went on to effect how navigation impacted rank. The reality is that if you create a logical navigation taxonomy, that lays out your services or products in a user friendly, logical fashion, your navigation will positively affect your overall SEO. Here are some navigation tips:
  • Avoid creating multiple pages for one subject/product/category/service
  • Use logical hierarchy (e.g. Furniture > Bedroom > Headboards
  • Always try and have navigation present on every page for users and search engines

URLs

Having SEO friendly URLs (called SEF URLs for short) is something that many online businesses neglect. For the most part, this is usually because a web developer has already created the urls (and they are SEF) or they are using an out of the box cart or web platform that doesn't easily offer SEF URLs. Here are some SEF URL tips:
  • try to have a relevant keyword in your url
  • use .html or .php extensions if possible
  • avoid dynamic urls if possible

Titles and Meta Tags

Almost everyone has heard that you need to optimize your titles and tags. What this means is making sure that your title (what you see at the VERY top left of your browser, usually in line with the close/minimize/maximize buttons) and your meta tags are written in a way that the search engines choose to position you higher in organic search results. Here are some meta tag tips:
  • use a title and a description and keyword meta tag on every page
  • make sure to include keywords relevant to that page
  • make sure you have no duplicate meta tag descriptions or titles

Optimized Copy

SEO Copywriting has become big business, but it's only a piece of the whole puzzle. All elements above should be optimized as well to get the most out of on page search engine optimization. When optimizing your own copy, make sure not to try and stuff it with your keywords. If you already have optimized URLs, Titles & Tags, the search engines already know what your page is about. Now you just need to create unique, relevant copy. (Of course you will need to proof and make sure that your keywords are actually in the copy, but they should appear naturally as you write. For example, if the page is about RC Helicopters, the keyword 'rc helicopters' would presumably appear naturally in the copy without further editing needed.) Here are some tips.
  • don't overstuff your copy with keywords
  • make sure all of your copy is unique
  • the more copy the better
When you break down on page SEO, it becomes a lot easier to understand the basics. Yes, there are a lot of other expert techniques that can be implemented and that are constantly changing, but the reality is that most online websites don't even have these basic on page optimization implementations in place.
You should now have a better understanding of basic on page SEO and what type of changes to expect if you hire a professional (and reputable) SEO, or if you have already employed one.

Google Image Search Tracking

Google Analytics has shown tremendous drops in search referrals from Google Image Search. To make a long story short, Google Analytics seemed to have switched how they report Google Image search traffic, moving it from the referrals report and into the organic search report.
There are reports at WebmasterWorld (see July 26th) and Google Analytics Help forums about this.
As reported by Gabs and AJ Kohn, it is simply a matter of Google moving the traffic under the search engine report.
Here is a graph from Gabs:
click for full size of Google Analytics Image Traffic Reports
I was able to verify this in several of my sites that I track.
Google, I do not believe, has any word about this change, so I can see why people freaked out when they saw this.

Now Track Google Analytics With AJAX Code

A few months ago Google came out with a nice function for Google Analytics that allows website publishers to do the analytics tracking via AJAX (it more or less speeds up to your site because end user's don't need to wait for the Google Analytics tracking code to download/run in order for your site to finish being rendered).

I wasn't able to find any documentation on how to track AdSense clicks when using the new code, but was able to figure it all out with some trial and error, so here's how to do it...

Replace UA-XXXXX-X with your web property ID and your domain.com with your domain and you should be good to go (there are 2 places to replace each for a total of 4 replacements)...

Code:

<script type="text/javascript">
google_analytics_uacct = "UA-XXXXX-X";google_analytics_domain_name = ".yourdomain.com";var _gaq = _gaq || [];_gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-XXXXX-X'],['_setDomainName', '.yourdomain.com'],['_trackPageview']);(function() {var ga = document.createElement('script');ga.type = 'text/javascript';ga.async = true;ga.src = 'http://www.google-analytics.com/ga.js';(document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0] || document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0]).appendChild(ga);})();
</script>

I know the links of JavaScript are run together on a single line... it's intentional since that's how I do it on this site. There really is no point in having unnecessary characters in the HTML source... the whole point of going to AJAX is to make things faster, remember?

This will track your AdSense clicks within your Google Analytics accounts (assuming of course you linked your Analytics and AdSense account). Make sure the above code is somewhere in your page BEFORE the first AdSense unit if you want to track AdSense clicks (putting it into the <head> works nicely).

Useful Tips to Increase Conversion Rate for an Ecommerce Site

Ecommerce website development is one of the difficult tasks but selling products online is another major challenge ahead for any business. Once you have started selling your products and services online, your main aim is to drive traffic to a site and then turn them into potential customers. However, turning the visitors into likely customers is a quite difficult task as compared to driving traffic to a site. You can easily attract visitors to your site with the help of search engine optimization (SEO), social media as well as through online marketing. Even so, if you want to tempt your visitors to spend their hard-earned money on buying your products, you need to consider several factors such as:
a) Easy approach and accessibility.
b) Ease of Use or simplicity.
c) Enhanced product presentation.
d) Your privacy and return policies should be transparent.
Conversion rate is usually the percentage of visitors who makes a purchase and becomes your potential customers. So, if you want to increase the conversion rate of your ecommerce website design, you need to follow certain tips. Here are four tips you should use to improve website’s conversion rate:
  1. Entice the Right Traffic
  2. To increase the conversion rate of your site it is essential for you to attract the right traffic that is genuinely interested to buy a product from you. For this you need to identify your USP, which clearly states what your website offers, and helps your customers in knowing how you are different from your competitors. In order to achieve the targeted traffic as well as the online exposure you should list your business on shopping comparison websites such as Shopping.com, Bizrate.com and Epinions.com. Moreover, you should reduce your site load times, analyze your traffic and also design your landing pages only for selling purposes.
  3. Multiple Payment Options
  4. If you want to attract more and more customers to your ecommerce store then all you need to do is to offer multiple payment options to your clients for their convenience. You can easily provide as many payment options as possible to your potential customers to increase your sales. These payment options not only proved helpful for local markets but also for global markets too. By giving multiple payment option choices to your customers you make easier for them to choose one of the best options for themselves. And for the success of your business you need to offer both the local and global payment options to your customers.
  5. Nurture Customer Confidence
  6. If you want to build strong customer confidence in order to make them buy your product then it is essential for you to make a business website design in such a way that it conveys trust and credibility. Moreover, provide some evidence of your success, give customers the assurance that their information is safe and state your privacy policy as well.
  7. Enhanced Customer Interaction
  8. Your ecommerce site helps your customers by giving them the opportunity to connect themselves during the sales process. There are many options available through which your customers can easily connect with you. One of them is live chat option through which they can ask certain questions about your products and services, and if they want to buy, they ask you about the ordering process as well. Through this tool, your customers get to know about your business and judge whether you are responsive to their needs or not and accordingly buy the product from you.
Therefore, for the success of your ecommerce web design all the above mentioned points should be included in one package. As well as these benefits help you in increasing the conversion rate of your ecommerce site.
